Baldvin is one of the founding partners of Akrar Consult.

He has 26 years of professional experience in financial markets and extensive experience in investments and lending. Baldvin was a senior manager of lending at Búnaðarbanki and Landsbanki and subsequently manager of Landsbanki's London branch. He led recoveries at Landsbanki's London branch for 3 years and was involved in the sale of substantial holdings owned by the branch.

Holds a Cand. Oecon. degree in business administration from the University of Iceland. Has served on various boards in Iceland and abroad, including as chairman of Iceland Foods in the United Kingdom, and is currently chairman of the wholesaler Innnes ehf. Baldvin has worked in advisory and investments since 2011.

Ivar is one of the founding partners of Akrar Consult and has decades of experience in capital markets as an executive at financial institutions, advisor, investor and board member.

He has extensive experience of advising on M&A deals and on the listing of companies in public markets. Ivar has been involved in many transactions over the years, both as an investor and as an advisor.

Holds a Cand. Oecon. degree in business administration from the University of Iceland, an MBA from the E. J. Ourso College of Business, LSU and a securities trading license. Ivar was head of corporate advisory at Islandsbanki and head of equity investments at Bunadarbanki and Landsbanki, covering both listed and unlisted securities.

He has served on the boards of numerous companies in Iceland and abroad and is currently on the boards of EpiEndo Pharmaceuticals and several holding companies. Ivar has worked in advisory and investments since 2010.
